Users retain ownership of original artwork they upload, but grant Eight Tails a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content on the Site and associated marketing channels.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

Digital artwork and related assets sold on the Site are licensed, not sold. Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified. All sales are final; refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law or at Eight Tails’ sole discretion.
